Job Summary
This position is responsible for the coordination of the entire transplant process from day of referral to time of transplant for potential heart and lung transplant candidates.
This position coordinates all potential transplant patient evaluations and is responsible for organizing, collating and guiding the medical/surgical data and pre-operative studies in collaboration with the transplant team.
Develops and conducts educational programs for patients and medical & nursing staff within Ohio and contiguous area.
