UnitingCare Queensland is seeking a part-time Administration Officer for its Intensive Family Support program in Beenleigh, Queensland. The ideal candidate will support records management and administration tasks while contributing to the organization's mission of making a meaningful difference in the lives of vulnerable families

Job Summary

  • As an Administration Officer, you’ll be encouraged to grow, develop and feel empowered to make the everyday easier for the people we care so passionately about.
  • Reporting to the Service Manager, you will organise, manage and preserve our client and personnel records.

Key Requirements

  • Certificate III in Business Administration or relevant qualification
  • Minimum 2 years experience in administration, data, record keeping and archiving
  • Demonstrated experience in records, data, or archiving management
  • Knowledge of statutory obligations relating to records management
  • Strong technical skills in electronic record-keeping systems
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data integrity
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong organisational, time management skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to engage effectively with a range of stakeholders
  • Current open Australian Driver License
  • Current or eligible for a Working with Children Check
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
