  • Expertise in Cloudflare, AWS Cloudfront WAF
  • Expertise in Cisco NAC
  • Strong technical documentation skills
  • Exceptional project and time management skills
  • Clear, confident communicator
  • Participation in off-hours support rotation
  • Available for weekend work
