Key Requirements

  • Minimum one year residential leasing or property management experience
  • Minimum one year LIHTC experience
  • Experience with Yardi software
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local fair housing laws
  • Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) preferred
  • Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) or Certified Professional of Occupancy (CPO) preferred
  • Valid driver’s license may be required
