Key Requirements
Minimum one year residential leasing or property management experience
Minimum one year LIHTC experience
Experience with Yardi software
High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of federal, state, and local fair housing laws
Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) preferred
Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) or Certified Professional of Occupancy (CPO) preferred
