Key Requirements

  • Several years' experience in ServiceNow design and development
  • Experience in a consulting environment
  • JavaScript, HTML, XHTML, XML, CSS, AJAX, AngularJS skills
  • Understanding of Service Management concepts
  • High level of knowledge of ServiceNow application
  • Experience building custom applications and integrations
  • ITIL Foundation certification
  • ServiceNow Certified Administrator certification
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification
  • ServiceNow Application Developer certification
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to present solutions to customers including senior management
  • Ability to work from home and travel to client locations
