Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Building plant, equipment and systems maintenance
  • Respond to Building Management System alarms
  • Maintain critical cooling water systems
  • Work on corporate, client facing buildings
  • 12 hour shifts 4 on, 4 off days and nights

Nice-to-have

  • Develop and enhance SOPs and EOPs
  • Professional image and excellence in customer service
  • Good working relationship with staff

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Critical Environments
  • LV Authorised Person (A Bonus)
  • Electrical/Mechanical Engineering apprenticeship or similar
  • C&G Pts. 1 & 2, equivalent or exceeds
  • 18th Edition IEE: Wiring and Installation
  • C&G 2391 test and inspection
