Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Building plant, equipment and systems maintenance
Respond to Building Management System alarms
Maintain critical cooling water systems
Work on corporate, client facing buildings
12 hour shifts 4 on, 4 off days and nights
Nice-to-have
Develop and enhance SOPs and EOPs
Professional image and excellence in customer service
Good working relationship with staff
Key Requirements
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Critical Environments
LV Authorised Person (A Bonus)
Electrical/Mechanical Engineering apprenticeship or similar
