Key Requirements

  • at least 8 years of practice experience
  • IP attorney/counsel at a reputable IP law firm and/or biotech/pharmaceutical company
  • patent litigation and/or prosecution experience
  • experience with all aspects of patent invalidation and reexamination proceedings
  • in-depth understanding of patent prosecution practices in China
  • knowledge and experience with IP and legal issues in new modalities medicines
  • familiarity with IP law trends and development
  • skills to search, analyze and synthesize patent information on pharmaceutical products
  • Certified patent attorney with practical work experience
  • In-depth knowledge and experience with IP/legal issues in regulatory, pre- and clinical research relating to new modalities medicines
  • fluent in spoken/written English
