Job Summary

  • Support the execution and implementation of Visual Merchandising (VM) standards across stores to ensure high-quality in-store execution and strong brand consistency.
  • Conduct regular store visits to assess execution quality, identify issues, and ensure timely correction and closure, while supporting new product launches and campaign execution.
  • Act as the key contact for outsourced VM teams, providing on-site guidance and performance feedback, and delivering on-site coaching and basic VM training to store staff.
