Key Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Active state nursing license upon hire
  • Certified Hemodialysis Nurse (CHN) or equivalent preferred
  • 1-3 years dialysis or critical care experience
  • Experience in home dialysis training modalities
