The Regional Medical Scientific Senior Director Team Lead will manage a team of Immunology – GI focused field medical affairs personnel in the Ulcerative Colitis and Crohn’s Disease TAs.
Responsibilities include managing, recruiting, and on-boarding a team, assessing performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and SOPs.
The role requires a credentialed individual (MD, PhD, PharmD, DNP, or DO) with at least 3 years of experience in a field-based medical role and relevant therapeutic area knowledge.
