  • This role acts as the key bridge between transformation programs and steady-state operations, leading service introduction, vendor governance, and operational integration to ensure Business as Usual (BAU) continuity with strong ITIL alignment.
  • Key responsibilities include owning the technical administration and operational stability of OneStream, HFM and related Finance reporting applications, managing third-party support vendors, and ensuring controlled promotion of changes across environments.
