Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in accounting and/or MBA and CPA is required
Minimum 12 years of experience in financial management
relevant share in a leadership role in a multinational company
proven track record of successful leadership
proven record of developing high/performing organization
Experience in handling external and BIR audits
Proficiency in accounting software (preferred SAP)
