Melco Resorts & Entertainment is seeking an Assistant Executive Housekeeper to support the Executive Housekeeper in managing the Housekeeping Department and ensuring high service standards are met. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role within a five-star hotel and possess strong leadership and communication skills

Job Summary

  • The Assistant Executive Housekeeper is responsible for assisting the Executive Housekeeper in the overall planning and operation of the Housekeeping Department to ensure that Company’s service standards and guests’ expectation are met or even exceeded.
  • To monitor and ensure room servicing and cleanliness standard are maintained at all times, and work closely with Front Operations and Property Services Department to ensure that the rooms maintenance program is carried out efficiently.
  • To interview, select, coach, develop and lead Housekeeping employees, delegating appropriately and nurturing their development while ensuring standards of operation and safety are maintained.
