Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, manufacturing, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing plant management
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards
  • Business fluent in English
  • Communicative knowledge of Polish
