Job Summary
Demonstrate strong business development activities through networking, industry seminars and other sources, leveraging existing and generating new relationships with developers and corporates, particularly focusing on real estate consulting assignments.
Identify opportunities in the Infrastructure space such as Airports, Ropeways, Station Redevelopment, PPP projects Infra Projects, tapping opportunities initially at Karnataka followed by other southern regions / Pan India.
Oversee, review, and approve work done by team members on various assignments, ensuring optimum client service delivery and engagement, and enabling and empowering team to become better professionals.

Key Requirements
Minimum 8+ years of experience
Existing working relationships with government bodies, developers, corporate houses, banks, PE/VC funds, NBFCs
Prior experience in leading real estate consultancy teams
Experience managing P&Ls of any business line
Knowledge of real estate transaction structures
Sectoral experience in residential, commercial, retail, industrial, mixed-use developments
Knowledge of state level sectoral policies and regulations
