Maintain compliance with all food safety regulations and company policies, including HACCP, GMPs, and sanitation protocols, to maintain a safe and high-quality production environment.
Mentor and coach team members on enhancing skills while managing performance and learning and development of the team.

Key Requirements

2 years in a supervisory role
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
Poultry or Protein production experience (preferred)
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, OSHA 10/30 certifications (preferred)
