Lead the facility’s infection control program, ensuring resident and staff safety through aseptic technique and infectious disease management.
Plan, develop, and direct the infection control program in accordance with current rules and regulations, including surveillance, reporting, and staff education.
Manage employee health programs such as TB testing and occupational exposure counseling, and serve as a key member of the Infection Control Committee.
