Job Summary

  • The Associate Director, Value Stream Leader is responsible for managing other managers, supervisors, and/or individual contributors in a matrix environment, and is accountable for conducting effective performance management and meaningful career development conversations.
  • Owns the end-to-end performance of the assigned manufacturing area and ensures compliance with ISO13485, GMP, FDA, OSHA regulations.
