Skills & Requirements
Must-have
High-voltage EV repair experience
Diagnose and repair high-voltage faults
Remove and reinstall 800-1000V battery packs
High-voltage harness repairs
Troubleshoot and program HV components
Conduct dielectric testing on HV systems
Work on live 800-1000V DC systems
NFPA 70E Category 3/4 protocols
Nice-to-have
Gigafactory or assembly plant experience
Read and interpret 3D harness routings
Ultrasonic welding experience
Laser cleaning of busbars
