Job Summary
Provide event day setup and support of multiple point-of-sale systems and excellent desktop support services to internal staff.
Work with vendors and service providers to resolve issues, implement changes, and provide level 1 & 2 support of all point-of-sale system problems.
Must be able to work during most events being held at the facility, including late nights and weekends, and conduct stadium walk-throughs to ensure all systems are operational.

Key Requirements
1-3+ years of relevant work experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems or related field
Basic PC hardware knowledge
Networking knowledge including TCP/IP, VLAN’s
Windows 2003, 2008, 2008R2 administration
Wireless LAN concepts experience
Windows XP/Windows 7 and Microsoft Office Suite experience
