Job Summary

  • Provide event day setup and support of multiple point-of-sale systems and excellent desktop support services to internal staff.
  • Work with vendors and service providers to resolve issues, implement changes, and provide level 1 & 2 support of all point-of-sale system problems.
  • Must be able to work during most events being held at the facility, including late nights and weekends, and conduct stadium walk-throughs to ensure all systems are operational.

  • Wireless LAN concepts experience
  • Windows XP/Windows 7 and Microsoft Office Suite experience
  • Virtual environments experience
  • Microsoft and Mac applications knowledge
