Key Requirements

  • 4-7 years of construction experience
  • Construction trade certification or post-secondary diploma/degree
  • Working knowledge of construction equipment and techniques
  • Understanding of construction law, building codes, and ASME piping codes
  • Ability to administer subcontracts and contract documents
  • Ability to create and schedule projects valued between $1.5M and $3M
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
