Must-have
Active transferable DoD Secret security clearance
U.S. citizenship required for clearance eligibility
Experience with proposal development and pricing
FAR compliance knowledge for government contracts
Ability to lead complex R&D proposal efforts
Nice-to-have
Strong analytical abilities for cost inputs
Project management skills influencing without authority
Knowledge of Advanced Company Estimating System ProPricer
Experience training other estimators on FAR requirements
Demonstrated ability meeting deadlines in schedule driven environment
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree plus 8 years experience or Advanced Degree plus 5 years
Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance
