As our Human Resources Business Partner, you are the primary HR interface with the business, but also a partner that supports and advises employees and managers on all HR related topics.
Monitor and influence critical HR indicators including absenteeism, attrition, development KPIs and diversity (among others)to maintain a high-performance culture.
A hybrid working model, allowing you to combine onsite and offsite work.
