The Partner, HR serves as the primary point of contact for assigned business leaders to implement effective Human Resources solutions to business issues and strategies.
This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR service delivery, enforcing policies, and resolving workplace grievances and disciplinary matters within hotel and non-gaming units.
Candidates must possess excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with staff from senior management levels down while maintaining compliance with equal opportunities policies.

Must-have
10 years HR experience in large hotel organization
Strong knowledge of local Greek labor law
Fluency in Greek and English languages
Experience with HRIS systems
Proven ability to manage disciplinary matters
Nice-to-have
Postgraduate degree or CIPD qualification
Solid working experience without postgraduate degree
High level of initiative and independence
Creative thinking in problem solving
Ability to work under pressure
Key Requirements
Minimum 10 years HR experience (5 if managerial)
