  • This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR service delivery, enforcing policies, and resolving workplace grievances and disciplinary matters within hotel and non-gaming units.
  • Candidates must possess excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with staff from senior management levels down while maintaining compliance with equal opportunities policies.
