Job Summary
The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
You will be responsible for reporting all changes in the residents’ condition to the Health and Wellness Director as soon as practical.
Ensure that the resident’s room is ready for the resident (i.e., bed made) and assist residents with daily functions such as bathing, dressing, and hair care.
