Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Customer Service, or related field
Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in facilities management
At least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role
Comprehensive knowledge of building systems
Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
Strong data analysis and project management skills
Experience in leveraging facility management software
Flexible work schedule, including weekends and alternate Saturdays
