Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for leading Talent Attraction and Recruitment across Malaysia, Bangladesh, Vietnam, and other APAC subsidiaries including developing and executing effective recruitment strategies.
  • The incumbent partners closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs, ensure strong candidate fit, and apply foundational Compensation & Benefits knowledge to design competitive salary packages and provide HR advisory support.
  • The role also drives Employer Branding initiatives across the employee lifecycle by collaborating with HR teams to position the organization as an employer of choice in the APAC region.
