  • Lead end-to-end Managed Services delivery for Vantage and RPS platforms, owning service reliability, SLAs, incidents, problems, and changes.
  • Act as the technical escalation point for complex production issues and provide technical leadership across batch, online transactions, APIs, and interfaces.
  • Drive automation, standardization, and operational efficiency improvements while supporting releases, upgrades, and production stabilization activities.
