  • Knowledge of IT Service Management best practices
  • Ability to deploy and test desktop images
  • Experience maintaining account management systems

Nice-to-have

  • Familiarity with ITIL 4 framework
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Experience with Mac and Windows advanced environments

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, or Instructional Technology
  • Two years of relevant experience or associate degree with three years experience
  • ITIL certification is a plus
