You will be required to develop work assignments, delegate authority to charge nurses, and ensure that sufficient licensed personnel are available to maintain quality care for all residents.
This role involves participating in committee meetings, assisting with facility surveys, and maintaining up-to-date nursing service manuals and quality assurance programs.
