Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum two months operating production machinery
  • Ability to work rotating shifts and overtime
  • Proficiency with PLC & MMI computer interfaces
  • Experience diagnosing process defects

Nice-to-have

  • Six months previous manufacturing experience
  • Curiosity and collaborative mindset
  • Process adjustment skills for temperature and line speed

Key Requirements
