The North American Director Customer Experience will build strategy and lead execution to achieve best-in-class customer experience, financial performance, and employee engagement while managing a team of technical account managers.
This role offers a competitive compensation package including base salary, bonus, comprehensive benefits, and a hybrid work policy requiring three days onsite in Denver, CO or Ashburn, VA.

Base: $180,000 - 200,000; Bonus/Equity: Bonus eligible; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life, disability, PTO, 401k with match
