Job Summary

  • Vantage Data Centers powers, cools, protects and connects the technology of the world’s well-known hyperscalers, cloud providers and large enterprises across multiple global regions.
  • The North American Director Customer Experience will build strategy and lead execution to achieve best-in-class customer experience, financial performance, and employee engagement while managing a team of technical account managers.
  • This role offers a competitive compensation package including base salary, bonus, comprehensive benefits, and a hybrid work policy requiring three days onsite in Denver, CO or Ashburn, VA.

  • High school diploma or GED required
