Base: $140,000.00 – $170,000.00 USD per year; Bonus/Equity: Not specified; Benefits: 401(k) match, Medical/Dental/Vision, Paid Parental Leave
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5 years TSSO or equivalent experience
5 years sales or business development experience
Bachelor of Science degree required
Engineering Smart Building Sustainability knowledge
Corporate Real Estate experience preferred
Nice-to-have
Experience leading presentations to C-suite stakeholders
Strong pipeline development and forecasting skills
Ability to adapt communication style to diverse audiences
Entrepreneurial drive with passion for the pursuit
