The incumbent will redesign and standardize HR workflows across business units while allowing for necessary local flexibility and review the Employee Handbook and HR policies to ensure legal compliance and alignment with modern best practices.
The position also requires developing a comprehensive HR Playbook, conducting a needs assessment for a new HRIS, researching and shortlisting suitable vendors, and presenting a cost-benefit analysis with an implementation roadmap.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
