  • 10+ years of relevant clinical development experience
  • Leadership in design and execution of multiple clinical trials
  • Experience managing Clinical Trial Physicians (CTPs)
  • Ability to synthesize data for viable registrational strategy

  • Demonstrated sustained excellent performance as CTP or CS
  • Strong track record of people management and mentoring

  • Seamless transition from early to late stage development
