  • The Chief Engineer plans, organizes, and supervises maintenance, repair, janitorial, construction, and other related areas of the buildings, structures, and grounds.
  • Create and oversee the capital improvement/maintenance budgets within stated objectives.

Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 5 years facility maintenance experience
  • Commercial HVAC experience preferred
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • State contractor’s license highly desired
  • Universal CFC license a plus
  • Ability to lift minimum 50 pounds
