Job Summary
You are responsible in enabling, guiding and supporting the OPEX deployment strategy at the Plant, involving strategy deployment, workshop creation and facilitation, mentoring on problem solving, the use of lean and six sigma tools and basic statistical analysis wrapped in a project management framework.
Lead and support the Site Performance Improvement through the Cultural Change in implementing the BOS Baxter Operating System in the various Value Streams and Business Processes.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
