Salary
Base: $117,000 - 170,000; Bonus/Equity: Annual discretionary bonus based on base salary; Benefits: Comprehensive healthcare, retirement, tuition assistance, paid leave

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum 8 years progressive HR experience

Preferred Master’s degree or HR certifications
