Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of the Assistant Director of Driver Services is to provide executive-level administrative, operational, and strategic leadership for Driver Services and to serve as Chief of Staff to the Director of Driver Services.
  • This role functions as a senior advisor and operational integrator for the Director, aligning organizational strategy, operational execution, and performance management across Driver Services.
  • A critical responsibility of this position is the direct supervision and strategic oversight of the Driver Services Special Operations Unit, which leads modernization, systems integration, credential-issuance workflow design, identity-verification processes, and CDL-compliance initiatives.
