Job Summary

• The Territory Customer Support Engineer is responsible for installing and maintaining instruments and systems in a laboratory environment, delivering basic operational training, and providing effective product and customer support.
• This position ensures Preventive Maintenance planning and Modification planning are performed in a timely manner, seeks timely support for difficult product issues, and performs timely reporting of activities.
• The role requires adherence to field service policies and procedures, maintaining recommended spare parts, ensuring appropriate spare parts stock, and traveling within the territory, with availability to travel on short notice.
