Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan.
Employees must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws and must possess at least a 10th-grade education.
The role requires frequent assistance with lifting, turning, moving, and positioning residents into and out of beds, chairs, bathtubs, wheelchairs, and lifts.

Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and record vital signs TPRs

Report changes in resident condition immediately
Assist with lifting turning and transporting residents
