The successful candidate will play a critical role in designing, analyzing, and optimizing high-performance interconnects, ensuring signal and power integrity in high-speed package, chip-on-board, PCB, and cable designs.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
SI/PI simulations and analysis
High-speed electrical wireline systems
Electromagnetic analysis for PCB traces
Frequency-domain and time-domain analysis
High-speed interface layout floorplans
Lab measurements using oscilloscopes, VNAs, TDR
Nice-to-have
Familiarity with IEEE 802.3 and OIF standards
Experience with high-speed NRZ and PAM4 SerDes
Understanding of digital and analog equalization
Scripting knowledge for automation
Key Requirements
Masters/PhD in Electrical/Computer Engineering
Previous experience with electromagnetic modelling
Proficiency with EDA Tools (KeySight ADS, Ansys HFSS, Cadence Sigrity)
Experience with high-speed IC package and PCB design
