This role leads a distributed team of approximately 10 Business Development Representatives across Mexico, Colombia, and Chile to drive revenue growth in Spanish-speaking LATAM markets.
The position focuses on executing pipeline generation strategies, improving conversion efficiency, and partnering with Sales and Marketing leadership to expand market reach.
