Job Summary

  • The Enterprise Scheduling Coordinator (ESC) will be responsible for the effective planning and scheduling of engineers for onsite maintenance activities and responding to breakdown repair requests.
  • This is a hybrid position based in Milan, requiring three days onsite and two days remote per week, with a focus on building strong customer relationships and ensuring services are delivered within agreed timelines.
