  • You will be a member of the pharmacy team responsible for providing comprehensive high quality medicine management to patients in different areas of the hospital.
  • Provide high-level clinical pharmacy service, obtains and documents full and accurate best possible medication histories, and safely dispenses medications in a timely manner.
