Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this position is to provide routine daily care and services to assigned residents in accordance with their care plans.
  • Employees must be comfortable driving a company van to transport behavioral residents to various medical appointments throughout the week.
  • When not on appointments, staff will work on the floor performing essential caregiving duties such as bathing, dressing, and monitoring resident conditions.

Must-have

  • Valid AZ Caregiver Certification required
  • Valid Arizona Driver's License required
  • Comfortable driving company van
  • Assist residents with daily living activities
  • Transport residents to medical appointments

  • Strong communication with nursing staff

Key Requirements
