  • Supports ongoing production operations and is the primary technical support resource for production lines, working directly with associates to resolve technical issues.
  • Develops, details, and implements process and equipment solutions to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost, and procures tooling and fixtures to optimize productivity.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to influence designs for manufacturability and cost reduction, and establishes corrective action plans to remediate quality or operational concerns.
