Job Summary

• Takeda’s Lead Profiling team is building a new team of experienced, innovative, and collaborative researchers to design and run high throughput automated assays on state-of-the-art robotic platforms to drive an industry-leading portfolio of drugs for various therapeutic areas with high unmet medical needs.
• The position involves leading high throughput, fully automated pharmacology studies to enable advancement of drug candidates into early clinical trials and collaborating cross-functionally with Automation Engineers, Scientists, and Data Science teams to support data-driven decision-making.

Salary

Base: $111,800.00 - $175,670.00; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) with match, disability coverage, tuition reimbursement, paid time off

• PhD in Biochemistry or related field or MS with 6+ years experience or BS with 8+ years experience
