This role is critical to delivering the firm’s 2026+ BPM strategy, including enterprise-wide process recertification, centralization of SOPs and supporting procedures, and stronger integration of risk, controls, and regulatory governance into business-as-usual operations.
Lead enterprise‑scale process mapping, remediation, and recertification programs using ARIS, ensuring complete and consistent end‑to‑end coverage across assigned business areas.
Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing BPM and procedure review team, building strong execution discipline, ownership, and quality mindset.
