Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for defining and documenting end-to-end of global payroll and time & attendance processes ensuring standardized, efficient, compliant, and high-performing payroll operations across all regions.
  • The role will be responsible for driving vendor performance, monitoring service delivery, escalating risks, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
  • The individual will lead periodic business reviews, track payroll metrics and vendor scorecards, and monitor SLAs, KPIs, and contractual commitments to drive accountability, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in payroll operations, process management, or vendor management
  • Experience supporting large-scale/global payroll process initiatives
  • Experience managing complex vendor relationships (ADP experience strongly preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and other MS Office tools
  • Proficiency with generative AI tools and technologies
  • Ability to coach and guide direct reports and local/regional payroll teams
  • Willingness to work across global time zones and travel up to 25%
