Job Summary
This role is responsible for defining and documenting end-to-end of global payroll and time & attendance processes ensuring standardized, efficient, compliant, and high-performing payroll operations across all regions.
The role will be responsible for driving vendor performance, monitoring service delivery, escalating risks, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
The individual will lead periodic business reviews, track payroll metrics and vendor scorecards, and monitor SLAs, KPIs, and contractual commitments to drive accountability, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement.
